<p>Sections have guide beams, connected to an angular plate via chain guides, acting as a lower guideway. There is a chain channel cover plate. It has hinges with an axis in the form of a hammerhead hinge bolt for insertion in a straight guideway in the guide beam. It acts as a top guideway for sliding guidance on conveyor channels for a mineral-extracting machine with chain drive esp. a coal-cutting plane. The seating (54) of the hammerhead hinge bolt shaft (47), in a recess in a hinge bracket on the cover plate, has a closing mechanism (55,56). The shaft has a series of grooves (48-50) on its periphery, providing storage for lubricating grease. The bolt is pref. made of rustless steel. The closing mechanism can be a socket inserted in the bracket (35) recess (58) from outside.</p> |
