PURPOSE:To obtain a multifunction telephone set, by providing a telephone set control circuit to transmit and receive the communication signal related to other added and connected terminals in stead of the call signal to and from the side of the switchboard. CONSTITUTION:A multifunction telephone set MFT transmits the voice signal through the path of a handset HS, a telephone network NET, a transformer T1, a line L1, and a transformer T3 to the side of the switchboard and receives the voice signal through the reverse path normally. The data signal passes through the path of a control circuit CNT, a transformer T2, a line L2, and a transformer T4, and the signal of a key K is transmitted to the side of the switchboard, and data is received from the side of the switchboard by a printer PNT. In case of connection of a facsimile, a telephone set control circuit TC transmits a start signal to a facsimile FAX by the data signal indicating the connection request from the side of the switchboard, and a control circuit FCNT is started to connect the facsimile FAX to the line L1. |
