PURPOSE:To prevent damages due to corner parts of a cut side edge and to makes possible fine coating by a method wherein a coated film obtained by laminating a thermally shrinking film on one side of a thermally adhesive film is welded to both sides of a metal plate and then shrinked thermally. CONSTITUTION:A biaxially oriented synthetic film 2 having thermal shrinking property such as a polypropylene film or the like is laminated on one side of a thermally adhesive synthetic resin film 1 to make a coated film 3 to be used. Said coated films 3 are welded into both sides of the metal plate 4 under pressure by a heating and pressing means with thermally adhesive films 1 being turned inside and extending from the outer circumference of the metal plate 4. And, the coated films 3 extending from the outer circumference of the metal plate 4 and that of a through hole 5 are glued thermally to each other. Then, a projection 7 is formed on the outer circumference of the thermally adhered part, at the same time the outside of the projection 7 is fused and removed while the cut surface of a cut side edge 6 is sealed and then the biaxially oriented films 2 are shrunk thermally. |
