摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the output error caused by the variance of the electric charge transfer element, by installing a reference voltage circuit to the charge transfer element to use the circuit as a common binary coding circuit. CONSTITUTION:Clock signals Iphi1-2 are applied to an electric charge transfer element (BBD) and received by signal lines SL1-SL3. Then an output OT1 of a BBD3-1 is led to a signal line SL7, and at the same time the reference voltage V1 produced by a resistance R1 is led to a line SL9. The output OT1 is binary coded by the voltage V1 to be delivered to a line SL8. At the same time, a changeover signal is applied 2 after the reading of signal is over to obtain an output at a line SL5, and also contacts 4-4, 4-2, 7-4 and 7-2 of switches 4 and 7 are connected. As a result, an output OT2 of a BBD3-2 is led to a line SL9, and then the reference voltage V2 of a resistance R2 is led to the line SL9. Thus a binary coded signal produced by the voltage V2 of the output OT2 is delivered to the line SL8.
