PURPOSE:To make the size of device small and to simplify the manufacturing process, by providing an optical information reading section and a resistance heater section on the same board and incorporating the optical information reading control section and the resistance heater control section through the provision on this board. CONSTITUTION:The recording of a video information is made by using a resistance heater control section consisting of a resistance heater 3, shift register 6 and transistor TR8 for resistance heater control. The picture information is obtained by contacting a heat sensing recording paper on the heated heater 3. On the other hand, the read-in of video information is made by using an optical information read-in section 2, shift register 6 and an optical information control section including an MOS switch 7. A read-in section 2 consists of photo diodes, and when a voltage is applied to this diode, the diode is revese-biased and changed, and a light is incident to the diode, the charge according the amount of light flows in the photo diode. The change in the current is read out via a switch 7 and a register 6. |
