PURPOSE:To inhibit the generation of voids on the surface of a shape by mounting the die for a cavity with the cavity and the die for a gate with the gate, which is detachable to the die for the cavity and can be communicated with the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of liquids such as polyol and isocyanate carried from a reactive injection molding device are forwarded to a mixing head 7, and two kinds of the liquids are injected and mixed at high pressure in the head. The mixed liquid passes through the gate 32 consisting of several sections, sectional areas thereof differ, of the die 30 for the gate, and further passes through the die 27 for the gate, but the liquid is mixed effectively during that time. The mixed liquid passing through the gate 27 is filled into the cavity 23 of the die 20 for the cavity at approximately 2-5kg/cm<2> low pressure. The mixed liquid causes exothermic reaction at approximately 150 deg.C in the cavity 23, and consequently the shape in polyurethane foam is obtained. A fixed jig 3 is removed, and the shape is extracted. |
