Trace printing machine - with a resilient pad to extend the hot transfer zone

Equipment transfers a print pattern from a carrier film to a fabric by passing both in contact around a heated drum while under pressure from a resilient heat-resistant pad, pref. a 180 degrees jacket extended by hinged segments which can be locked against more of the drum circumference. Pref. the resilient pad is made of silicone rubber coated with PTFE or covered with a replaceable PTFE impregnated cloth or film. Provides more time for print transfer with heat and pressure than a simple roller nip to maintain high fabric throughput speeds when using slow print transfer materials.
