PURPOSE:To obtain a gyro signal converter of good accuracy and simple construction by incorporating a circuit detecting the revolving direction of a synchronizing signal and a counter circuit integrating revolving angles in a converter part for the synchronizing signal from a gyro compass. CONSTITUTION:The synchronizing signal from a gyro compass is converted to a digital signal in a converting part 5, and a count-up signal 6a or down signal 6b of every 1/16 revolution is outputted from a detecting circuit 6. When the count values goes to 16 or 0 in a counter 7, a signal 7a or 7b is outputted. A preset circuit 9 resets a counter 8 by a reset signal 9a to carry out counting. A buffer 11 reads the number of revolutions and revolving angle (1/16 revolution unit) of a synchronizing shaft to a bus 12 by a read signal 11a. A bus 10 reads the revolving angle of the synchronizing shaft to the bus 12 by a read signal 10a. Thereby, the gyro signal converter of good accuracy and simple construction is obtained. |
