PURPOSE:To inhibit the hanging down of a paint film and to facilitate coating with a thick paint film, by applying a cylindrical bag onto the inside surface of a pipe at the same time when the inside surface is coated with a paint. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical bag 12 is inserted into a pipe 1, one end of the cylindrical bag 12 is fixed to the begining end of the pipe 1 by a fixer 13, and then a runner 2 is located inside the cylindrical bag 14. Two kinds of paints are individually fed through hoses 8, 9 to the runner 2, mixed together by an axial-flow pump 10, and then applied through a lip 14 onto the pipe wall. Thus, the cylindrical bag is buried in the paint film to be formed on the inside surface of the pipe. Consequently, the hanging down of the paint film can be inhibited, and coating with a thick paint film can be facilitated. |
