PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article having a elegant pattern of deep feeling by utilizing the sheet molding compound or the bulk molding compound incorporated with the specified thickening agent and of different fluidity at heat and pressure molding. CONSTITUTION:(A) sheet molding compound (SMC) or bulk molding compound (BMC), e.g. glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin etc. incorporated with the thickening agent composed mainly of oxide or hydroxide of alkaline earth metal or fine powder silica and (B) SMC or BMC of which fluidity at heat and pressure molding is suppressed stronger than said compound by incorporating the thickening agent composed mainly of organic polyisocyanate (e.g. m-phenylenediisocyanate etc.) are arranged so as to form pattern and molded by heat and pressure to obtain the desired molded article.
