PURPOSE:To achieve common monitoring of abnormal temperature at plural points set at different abnormal temperatures by locating abnormal temperature positions based on the time receiving the pulse signals from a pulse generator. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of the temperature monitoring surfaces P1, P2...P5 are below the set abnormal temperatures, characteristic impedances are temperature elements 22, 23...26 are equal. There is no reflection within a temperature-sensitive sensor 21, even a pulse signal is applied with a pulse generator 31. On the other hand, for example, when the temperature of the temperature monitoring surface P2 exceeds the set abnormal temperature Tc2, a magnetic permeability mu of a magnetic material changes to 1 within the temperature sensitive 23. Consequently, the characteristic impedance of the element 23 becomes smaller than that of other elements. Under such a condition, when a pulse signal is applied from a pulse generator 31, it is reflected on both sides of the element 23. The difference in the receiving time enables immediate detection of the condition that the temperature at the position of the element 23, the monitoring surface P2 exceeds the set abnormal temperature Tc2. |
