PURPOSE:To form a new recording track by storing a tracking error signal, obtained by reproduction on a previously recorded track, temporarily and by exercising radial position control in recording on the basis of the stored information. CONSTITUTION:From the outputs of photodetectors 15-17, a tracking error signal is obtained as the output of a differential amplifier 23 and the signal is amplified at 27 to drive a moving coil 18. The output of the differential amplifier 23 passes through a BPF28 having the rotational frequency of a disk as a center frequency and is supplied to a zero-cross detector 32, and a reset pulse generator 34 generates an output at a zero-cross point. In a ROM29, since-wave information is stored previously and with the output of a read address counter 30, an output in phase with the tracking error signal is outputted synchronizing with the rotations of the disk and DA-converted 35 to obtain a tracking signal for recording by an amplifier 36. The gain of the amplifier 36 is varied with a voltage obtained by detecting 39 the output of the BPF28. |
