<p>Localized strips of reactive free radicals which can be radio chemically initiated are produced in a fabric especially polyamide silk knit and the treated fabric shrunk with a shrinking medium such as a vinyl compound, hot air, hot water, satd. steam etc., and after localized shrinking in these treated areas one or both sides of the material bonded in the usual manner i.e. by adhesion to a film, fabric or felt etc.</p> |
