PURPOSE:To surely record without forgetting recording start time and recording pause release time, by automatically operating a parallel-serial conversion circuit at the time of starting recording and releasing pause. CONSTITUTION:One pulse signal produced from a control circuit 15 is applied to a parallel-serial conversion circuit 5 to pass over a serial digital signal displaying date, hour, minute and second for the occasion. This signal is converted into an analog at a recording waveform shaping circuir 7 and recorded on a tape 40. When a circuit 8 is in playback state, an analog signal indicating date and hour recorded on the tape 40 is applied to a speaker 41 with an information signal, and after the analog signal is converted into a serial digital signal at a playback waveform shaping circuit 9, it is converted into a parallel digital signal at a serial-parallel conversion circuit 10 and applied to a display circuit 12 and an audio synthesis circuit 13 via a data output conversion circuit 11. |
