PURPOSE:To simplify clear of counting by attaching both ends of each coupling bar to axes so as to move upward and downward between a position apart from the center of each swing element and a weight. CONSTITUTION:A pair of bars 10 are attached to the both side a center bar 4 in parallel with the bar 4 over the approximately whole length of the bar 4 so that the bars 10 can be contacted with 5-counters and 1-counters, and these bars 10 are fixed on the both ends of 2 swing elements 8. In addition, a bar weight 11 with the length equal to the whole length of an upper frame 3 is attached to the inside of the upper frame 3. If a SOROBAN is lifted upward horizontally so as to be separated from a desk when counters 6 and 7 are to be cleared, the weight 11 rotates downwards centering around the supporting point of the supporting axis 13 of an arm 12 and the gravity pushes the coupling bars 14 and makes the swing elements 8 swing. Thus, all 5-counters can be moved toward the upper frame 3 and all 1-counters can be moved toward the upper frame 3 and all 1-counters can be moved toward the lower frame 2. |
