CONSTITUTION:For instance, when only a FAX transmission from an equipment 21 to an equipment 22 is being executed, an original transmission request from the equipment 22 to the equpment 21 is executed. A picture transmission part 26b detects an original and informs to a control part 24b of its fact. The control part 24b sends out an ENQ signal from a transmission control signal transmission part 25b. When the ENQ signal is received in the equipment 21, a control part 24a makes preparations for sending out a receiving preparation confirming signal CFR in accordance with the status of a picture receiving part 32a and a picture transmission part 26a. When the picture transmission part 26a finishes to transmit an original end signal RTC and informs to the control part 24a of the fact, the control part 24a inquires of the picture transmission part 26a whether an original to be transmitted is left or not, and in case there is still an original, a multipage signal MPS is sent out from a transmission control signal transmission part 25a, and after that, the CFR signal is transmitted. |
