PURPOSE:To obtain a sensor convenient for usage in a microcomputer, by making the deviation value of a resonator whose resonance frequency indicates a linear temperature dependency against a reference frequency so as to be (2<n>)X(10<m>)Hz at specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:The relation of a deviation value from a reference frequency of a resonance frequency to temperature of a resonator whose resonance frequency changes linearly with temperature is made to be (2<n>)X(10<m>). For example, when both frequencies from an oscillator 1 whose intrinsic resonance frequency changes proportionarily and a reference oscillator 2 whose frequency does not change with temperature and mixed, and detected with a detector 3, and the frequency is lowered by a frequency divider 4, and the output is processed in a microcomputer 5 for temperature measurement, if a deviation value of a frequency with respect to temperature has been determined as above, the signal processing becomes simple with high convenience. |
