PURPOSE:To make it possible for an amateur to estimate the relation between each grade and cost of a building concretely by showing the level of each unit cost of the construction which intersects with each level of a fixed grade in an inherent building drawn on a drawing paper with subscribed scales. CONSTITUTION:Materials of a building whose scales and use have been decided and the number of materials are estimated. The unit cost level or finishing kinds estimated for the number of materials are divided into 5 stages and calculation is repeated to find 5 kinds of construction costs and construction price per unit area. Then these calculated results are plotted on each level 3 of grades in the horizontal axis of a coordinate and on each level 4 of construction unit cost, which intersects with each horizontal level, in the vertical axis to express plotted points. Band zones 7a, 8a and 9a obtained by adding + or -5% width to each point are outputted. Thus, the fixed relation between each grade and cost can be concretely estimated also by an amateur from the graph expressed as described above. |
