PURPOSE:To secure a comfortable living atmosphere in an enclosed space without any input from the outside by applying purification, air conditioning and supply of exygen to air in the process of circularly using air within the enclosed space. CONSTITUTION:A main circulation path 2 and an exhaust path 12 are connected to the enclosed space 1 blocked in the underground space, and a blower 3 is interposed in the main circulating path 2. An outer air take-in port 4 and a filter layer 5 are arranged on the suction side of the blower 3, and a water to air head exchanger 6, a CO2 and moisture regeneration type absorption filter 7 and an oxygen blow-out nozzle 8 are arranged on the exhaustion side, these members being unitarily accommodated in a casing 15. The water air heat exchanger 6 purifies water in a deep well 20 by well-water supply facilities 9, and then water passed therethrough. Oxygen accumulated by oxygen concentration equipments 10 from outer air of a small quantity taken in through an outer air intake port 4, is supplied to the oxygen blow-out nozzle 8. |
