<p>Meat tenderiser comprises reciprocating blades which make incisions in the meat. The blades contact magnetic guide bars, several of which are pref. arranged in parallel accommodating cutters between them. Alternate bars are of opposite polarity for mutual attraction thus securing the blades more firmly between them. In the event of cutter breakage, the blades are retained by the bars.</p> |
