PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of distributed capacities by insulating stationary electrodes and a movable electrode, containing the same in a conductive internal case, and containing the internal case into a mutually insulated conductive electrode. CONSTITUTION:Stationary electrodes SP1, SP2 and a movable electrode MP are contained in a conductive internal case F1, and further the case F1 is contained in a conductive external case. Between the cases F1 and F2 are electrically insulated by an insulating material I, and the electrode MP is penetrated through the through- hole H1 of the case F1, the root part whereof is secured to the case F2, thereby electrically connecting the electrode MP and the case F2. With such construction, the influence of distributed capacities is eliminated and the miniaturization of the sensor is realized. |
