PURPOSE:To prevent radioactive dust from dispersing, and to effectively clean inside of the pipe of heat exchanger, by cleaning the pipe with a brush with fins being rotated by high preessure water, when a pipe of heat exchanger of nuclear power plant is cleaned by jetted high pressure water. CONSTITUTION:The jetting out device 21 is inserted to the inside of a heat exchanger pipe 10, and high pressure water is introduced into the pipe through a high pressure water pipe 20. The high pressure water is jetted out from the water outlet port 31 of a shaft 30 and is radially blown to the inside of the heat exchanger pipe 10 from a jetting out port 41, while rotating fins 50. By the fins 50 rotating, a brush 53 is also ratated in contact with the inside surface of heat exchanger pipe 10. Accordingly, the inside of heat exchanger pipe 10 is effectively cleaned by the blows of high pressure water and scraping action of the brush 53. Thus, dispersion of radioactive dust is prevented, an operator is protected from being exposed to radioactivity, and effective cleaning can be performed. |
