PURPOSE:To easily check a data of a specific responsible person, by reading out and printing only a data of a specific responsible person who has been designated, among the data which have been stored by an input operation, in an electronic register. CONSTITUTION:An input part 1 is provided with a mode switch for designating each mode such as registering, check, account settlement, etc., a responsible person switch for designating one of responsible persons, and also responsible person key to be used in case of designating only a data of a specific responsible person among the data which have been inputted, and printing and outputting it, as well as a money amount key, an each department key, an each transaction key, etc. In case it is desired to print and output only a key code by a specific responsible person, among the key codes which have been stored in a journal memory 8, the mode switch is set to a check mode, and the money amount key and the responsible person key are operated in order. As a result, a responsible person code which has been designated is inputted to a printing buffer PB, and a data of a responsible person which has been designated is printed on printing paper. |
