<p>The gymnastic apparatus allows muscular groups to be selectively stretched. It consists of a strong rectangular metal frame (1,2,3,4) which supports a fixed plate (6,7) and mobile plates (3,5,8) that are mounted on rollers (10). The plates are laminated and covered with carpet. The mobile plates can be independent or can be joined together by a pivoting bar (11) that fits onto a stud on the other plate. The apparatus can be used flat on the ground or it can be used vertically or obliquely against a wall.</p> |
