PURPOSE:To obtain magnetic bubble crystal for a magnetic bubble storage device driven to start and stop, by deviating the growth direction of the magnetic bubble crystal from a 111 direction by a prescribed angle. CONSTITUTION:A crystal growth direction is slanted from a 111 axis 3. Thus, the growth direction 4 of bubble crystal 2 is slanted from the 111 axis 3 to deviate an easy magnetization axis 3' from the vertical direction, thereby obtaining an anisotropic magnetic field 5 in a crystal-surface inward direction. The intensity of this magnetic field is adjusted to an optional value by controlling the slanting angle theta'. |
