The outside pull handle is esp. for doors on motor vehicles. One end swivels about a vertical axis in a support oiece on the outer door plate, and the other end is connected to a return device. The support piece (4) is located on the inside of the outer plate (2). Both the handle (5) and the closure and/or return device (14) are thrust from outside, through recesses (7,10) in the plate, into cutouts (8,11) in the support piece. There they are secured by an inside connection, which is releasable.
