PURPOSE:To prevent a stain of contact part of inorganic carbon removing vessel and also, to wash a pipe by an airtight contact and then, to operate surely, by providing a drain valve on the lower part of inorganic carbon removing vessel and continuously operating a pump connected with said vessel by a pipe line. CONSTITUTION:An overflow 30 is provided on the bottom of the first vessel 20 of inorganic carbon removing vessel and the vessel is connected with a drainpipe through a drain valve 31 such as an electromagnetic valve and then, operations are conducted by driving a pump 8 continuously. At first, water to be inspected in the second vessel 24 is taken out by the pump 8 in an inspection water takeout process T1. Next, the water to be inspected in the vessels 20 and 24 is discharged by driving the valve 31 in a drainage process T2. Then, the inspection water supplied from an inspection water entrance 21 is dropped down the vessel 20 in a waiting process T3 and is discharged from the drainage outlet 30 as it is. This waiting process T3 is divided into a replacement process T3 and a waiting process T4 according to the existence or absence of the inspection water in pipes 27, 28. Inner walls of pipes 27, 28 are purified by a gas-liquid boundary face produced by partially taken inspection water and newly absorbed atmosphere in the process T4. |
