Chemical composition range of nickel alloy for dentistry is composed of Ni 70-85%, Cr 6-9%, Cu 3.5-10%, Mn 1.5-3.5%, Si 1.2-3%, and impurities. Its melting point is 1150-1200≦̸C, hardness is HB 200-225, tensile strength is 60-65kg/mm2, and elongation is 8-16%. Its advantages are that anti-corrosion is predominant, color is not changed, and it is able to be used again and again by remelting.
