PURPOSE:Boiled rice is frozen by refrigeration and dried with hot air to produce instant boiled rice that can be restored only by adding hot water. CONSTITUTION:Rice is boiled by a usual method ant the rice is washed with water and drained very well. Then, the rice is frozen eompletely by cooling lower than -15 deg.C for longer than 6 hours and then hot air of 80-100 deg.C is blown to dry the rice. The dried rice is packed and put on sale. |
