<p>New cationic flocculants are prepared by polycondensation of an epihalohydrin and Mannich reaction products of phenol, formaldehyde, and dialkylamine. The flocculants are useful for flocculation of various kinds of suspension such as various industrial waste waters, pulp slurry in paper making and the like.</p> |
