PURPOSE:To attain digital display of a distance point on a Braun tube and also to improve manipulation by displaying a variable distance mark at a set position equivalent to a selected distance range by automatic switching. CONSTITUTION:By the output of setter 6, variable time gate generator 7 applies a signal to one input of AND gate 5, which gets open to pass write clock WCK, equivalent to a range selected by selection switch S4, through and the clock is applied to addition-subtraction counter 8. Then, read signal RGT is applied to the set terminal of flip-flop 10, whose output opens AND gate 11 to supply read clock RCK to counter 8, thereby displaying a variable distance mark on a Braun tube through variable distance mark generator 9. Consequently, even if ranges would be changed freely, the mark is automatically shifted to a corresponding position, so that its handling can be improved. |
