PURPOSE:To give a fine hysteresis characteristic to a voltage comparator, by connecting a current source according to the output state of the voltage comparator. CONSTITUTION:A switch SW is closed when the output VOUT of a comparator is at high level and opened at a low level. The connecting point voltage of resistors R1, R2 is a compared reference voltage VREF of a voltage comparator A, and since a current source IH is switched through the switching of the switch SW, the value VREF is changed and the changed part gives the hysteresis width. |
