PURPOSE:To incinerate a waste tyre and to apply it to an automatic controlled boiler by a method wherein a high pressure air is injected into a closed dry distillation chamber from a group of nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A waste tyre is fed into a dry distillation chamber Q at a pusher feeding port 52, and upon ignition of the tyre the chamber is closed with a door pushing cylinder 9, blowers M1 and M2 are rotated and a generation of gas is adjusted with an air injection nozzle arranged at a water pipe rostellum. The generated gas flows in a fuel chamber R, a control motor V2 is operated with a calculated electric signal in reference to an oxygen concentration sensed by a concentration meter for remained oxygen in the discharged gas, and then a suitable amount of air is mixed with gas through an air injection nozzle 28. The combustion temperature near the combustion nozzle tip 29 shows 1,150 deg.C, the fuel shows a smokeless combustion and is heat exchanged at the bottom part of the boiler main body 49, group of water pipes 38, group of fire tubes 48 and then flows to a smoke discharging port. A signal corresponding to the volume of use of steam is calculated by a boiler pressure adjuster unit, a suitable volume of air is injected under the operation of the control motor V1, while a dry distillation speed is adjusted, a red carbon accumulated layer without gas generation is destroyed with a blowing operation and then dropped into the ash storing chamber 30. |
