PURPOSE:To prevent a cylindrical elastic solid from being removed from a coil- shaped spring with the cylindrical elastic solid inside which is used as the throttle return spring of a carburetor by improving its shape. CONSTITUTION:In a carburetor main frame, a coil-shaped spring 4 is applied between a spring cover 3 and a throttle lever 2 and is elastic in proportion to the movement of the throttle lever 2. In this case, the coil-shaped spring 4 reduces the coil inner diameter of one end 4a as compared with other parts. Then a cylindrical elastic solid 7, such as rubber for preventing breakage of the spring 4 which is provided inside it is formed compactly so that the external diameter of the one end can be almost the same as the inner diameter of the said end 4a and becomes a contracted part (vena contracts). This prevents slipping off of the cylindrical elastic solid 7 once the cylindrical elastic solid has been inserted inside the spring 4. |
