PURPOSE:To obtain results always under a constant criterion and perform highly reliable measurement by using an image pickup means in place of visual observation and measuring see-through through electrical processing. CONSTITUTION:If a camera 6 is so adjusted that the image of observation lines 5 are formed on its photodetecting surface in case the lines 5 of a black color on a white ground are drawn on the bottom of a measuring pipe 1, a monitor 7 is inputted with the video signal consisting of the video signal V1 corresponding to the white ground and the video signal V2 corresponding to the lines 5. After a sample 3 is filled full in the pipe 1 in this state, a valve 9 is opened to successively discharge the sample from a discharge port 4. In accordance with the discharging of the sample 3, the difference between the video signals V2 and V1 gradually increases and when this value equals to a set value VRF, a processing circuit 8 transmits a close signal to the valve 9. Thereby, the results always based on constant judgement are obtained, and the discharging is automatically controlled. |
