The rectangular box, e.g. a box file, comprises a number of wall panels which are separated by parallel folds (20-29) and include a bottom panel (2) with sides (32,33), and a top cover (4) connected to the bottom panel via a spine (3). An intermediate panel with central fold (28) and double the spine width connects the bottom to a cover panel (10), which in turn connects, via further folds (21,22), to a panel (15) with two ring binder openings (16,17) and an end flap (19). The bottom panel and the top cover have identical sides, each with further flaps (34,35). An extension panel (5) with central fold (29) and double the spine width connects to the other side of the cover and, in turn, connects to a closure panel (6) via a further fold (27).
