Heat radiator consisting of a housing with a reflector which extends in the longitudinal direction of the former, is curved in cross-section and is closed at its longitudinal-side ends by end walls, with heating bars passing through the end walls as well as with connection fittings and switching devices. In this case, the reflector (2') and the end walls (3', 4') are in one piece, being formed from a blank (1) which consists of an approximately rectangular main part (2) and, adjoining its narrow sides, approximately trapezoidal, half-elliptical or similarly designed extensions (3, 4). To form the reflector (2') with the end walls (3', 4'), the main part (2) is curved and the extensions (3, 4) are bent over in relation to the main part by approximately 90 DEG . <IMAGE>
