PURPOSE:To take each dimension of a cylinder or a multistage cylinder continuously by attaching a pair of rotary gauge shafts to the rotary setting board for subjects to be measured. CONSTITUTION:The length between the axes of rotary gause shafts 7 and 8 is adjusted so as to set a subject to be measured easily on the rotary gauge shafts according to the size of the subject. A measuring instrument such as a signal indicator 22 is set up so that the position of its contact D is located in the position of the diameter of a measuring circle of the subject or the position of the thickness to be measured. A subject to be measured is set up on the rotary gauge shafts 7 and 8. The roration of a condenser motor is induced to a power plant to rotate a pulley 4 and then the rotary gauge shafts 7 and 8 through a driving belt 6. While rotating the subject with the turning force of the shafts 7 and 8, the size of the subject is measured and its tolerance limit error is checked continuously by the measuring instrument and an electric display unit E connected to the measuring tool. |
