The dispenser comprises an elongate reservoir (1) defined by a tubular outer body which is closed at one end by a screw-threaded cap (2). The reservoir has a metal or glass ball (3) in it to ensure that the contents is well mixed. A tubular sleeve (4) is mounted inside the reservoir and is held in place with a screw threaded end section which engages similar threads at the open end of the outer tube. A cylindrical body (33) with an axial extension (35) is mounted within the sleeve and is moved to the front end of the tube by shaking to force the cosmetic forward. A fine brush (37) is fixed in the necked-down part of the front of the dispenser to receive and apply the liquid.
