PURPOSE:To remove the noise component even in area of a low rotation and to enable a stable unbalance information to be constantly obtained, by obtaining an average value of unbalance sampling signals at every given angle of a rotary shaft of a rotating body to be measured. CONSTITUTION:Unbalance signals from a rotating body 4 to be measured mounted on a rotary shaft 1 that is rotated by a motor 5 are detected with detectors 11, 12 provided on bearings 2, 3. The detected signals are applied via primary filters 13, 14 of integrators, etc., to adders 15, 16 to which sampling pulses from a sampling pulse generator 7 are applied. Further, unbalance signals at each rotary angle of the shaft 1 are added in the adders 15 and 16 and averaged, with substantial removable of a noise component at low rotation, and corrected and converted into unbalance signals of the faces 4a, 4b of the rotating body 4 by a corrected face separating circuit 17. Accordingly, the noise component is removed even in an area of a low rotation, and unbalance information that is always stable can be detected. |
