<p>PURPOSE:To record the initial part of a recorded signal completely by delaying the recorded signal as long as a period when a recording medium is started and reaches a prescribed speed. CONSTITUTION:A recorded signal E2, such as a dictation voice signal, is inputted to a recording means 10 and an indicating means 12. The means 10 has a delaying means 14 of delaying a signal Ea by a prescribed period. When the recorded signal Ea exceeds a prescribed level greater than a noise level, the means 12 generates a driving signal Ec to start the run of a medium 16. The delay time of the delaying means 14 is determined according to a period from the time when the signal Ea exceeds the prescribed level to when the medium 16 reaches a prescribed speed. This constitution records recorded data RD on the medium 16 after the medium 16 runs nearly at the prescribed speed. Thus, the initial part of the signal Ea is recorded completely.</p> |
