PURPOSE:To obtain a high injection speed, regulate the injection pressure in a desired manner and obtain a molded article with less distortion, by a method wherein an injector is driven by a driving device having a magnetic field generator and a coil device. CONSTITUTION:A screw 3, a piston 5 and a bobbin 8 are provided in such a manner that all of them can be moved freely in the axial direction of the screw 3. A coil 9 is wound around the bobbin 8, a magnet 11 is fixed to a magnetic path 10 which is fixed to a housing 2, and a magnetic field is generated across the coil 9. The force generated by passing a current through the coil 9 on the bobbin 8 is transmitted directly to the screw 3. |
