PURPOSE:To make the conductivity reliable by forming a conductive stripe film at the portion from the effective screen and in a face panel to the proximity of a panel pin at the panel skirt section prior to the formation of non-black matrix type screen. CONSTITUTION:A face panel 1 coated with a photo-sensitive resist film 14 is mounted on an exposure device 10, then the light 13 from an exposure light source 11 is irradiated only on the effective screen through a trimming frame 12. Then the inner face of said panel 1 is developed to remain the photo-sensitive film 14 in the effective screen and the graphite liquid is coated entirely on the inner face of the panel. Thereafter the resist film 14 is separated and removed by an oxidation agent to form a graphite stripe film from the effective screen end of the face panel 1 to the shirt section. Furthermore a non-black matrix fluorescent face is formed on the effective screen. Consequently the conductivity from the panel pin to the fluorescent face is made reliable. |
