PIEZOELECTRIC CONVERTER

PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts and to reduce overall height by using the cut part of a substrate as one terminal. CONSTITUTION:A discoidal substrate 1 is provided with a projection 1-1 and a piezoelectric element 2 is fixed on the reverse surface. At the upper part and intermediate part of a cylinder bottomed frame 4, a notch 4-1 and a hole 4-2 are made. The projection 1-1 is inserted into the notch 4-1, and a terminal plate 7 into the hole 4-2. The projection 7-2 of the terminal plate 7 prevents extraction. A discoidal lid 3 provided with an axial notch 3-1 is mounted. This constitution decreases the number of parts of a piezoelectric converter and also reduces its height.
