PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a heat sensitive stencil master, a setting error of which can be detected before a plate-making even when the error exists, the exchange and re-setting of which can be performed at its setting and the loss-time of which or the like can be prevented from developing. SOLUTION: There are provided a plate-making printing equipment equipped with the heat sensitive stencil master 61, in which a colored band AR is provided over the nearly whole range in a master delivering direction X in one side edge part 61a locating in the width direction Z of the master, an ins and outs of master detecting device 30, in which the color of the colored band AR is detected with a color detecting means 20a and a controlling means 200 judges the inside and outside of the heat sensitive stencil master based on the detection result with the means 20a, a plate-making device 40, which judges the proper inside and outside of the heat sensitive stencil master based on the detection result with the color detecting means 20a and inhibits the plate-making action by a plate-making means 91 by means of the controlling means 200 when the inside and outside of the heat sensitive stencil master is turned inside out.
