PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage work time and to perform allowance calculation fairly, when a job is performed by a computer at home by providing a specifying means which specifies that a use purpose is job or private use. SOLUTION: When an operator of a personal computer 10 performs a job at home and selects a job icon on an operation screen, it is then regarded that he is starting a job and the start time at that time, this is recorded on a job history data buffer by a record program. When a private icon is selected at the time of finishing job, it is regarded that he has finished the job and the end time at that time is recorded on the job history data buffer by the record program. When job is done intermittently in this way, job history data that shows the start and end is added to and recorded on the job history data buffer each time. On the other hand, a server computer 12 reads the job history data on the private-use computer 10 and performs accumulation processing of working time. |
