Date Jan. 21, 1982.The invention relates to an apparatus for the treatment of liquids, in particular for the biological purification of household sewage and/or industrial sewages containing organic contaminations, furtheron for the aeration and/or sedimentation of liquids. In the circular, quadratic or elongated oblong basin receiving the liquid a path recurring in itself is formed by means of one or more partition walls. For moving the liquid in a horizontal and/or horizontal and vertical direction propellers and/or rotors with a horizontal and/or vertical axle are used. For the aeration of the liquid one or more aerators with a horizontal or vertical axle and/or one or more fixed air blowers are applied. In sense of the invention one or more secondary sedimentators in a longitudinal arrangement or with a circular top-view, provided with oblique lamellae, are connected directly to the object or are assembled therewith. |
