PURPOSE:To obtain a simple and compact structure by attaching a piezoelectric ceramic element on a part of an acoustic vibrating piece. CONSTITUTION:Three acoustic vibrating pieces are welded to connecting pieces 24 which are welded to a supporting wire 25 that is fixed to a supporting frame 26, at the node parts 21a. Mass augmenting pieces 23 are provided on both ends of the acoustic vibrating pieces 21. The piezoelectric ceramic element is attached to one of the acoustic vibrating pieces 21. A case 31 is attached to a vibrating body by an attaching screw 33. When the vibrating frequency of the vibrating body coincides with the vibrating frequency of the acoustic vibrating pieces 21, a voltage is generated in the piezoelectric ceramic element 22, and the electric power is outputted to an output terminal pin 32 through a lead wire 27, a coil 29, and a capacitor 30. In this constitution, the simple and compact structure is obtained. |
