<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a windmill against the damage caused by the change of wind pressure by constructing a wing to be changed in its angle of attack to reduce the received pressure in accordance with the increase of the wind pressure and slantingly folded to reduce the received pressure further in accordance with the further increase of the wind pressure. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 3 supported on a base in parallel with the wind direction to be rotatable is provided with a hub 7 supported to be slided axially and pushed toward the wind. On this hub 7, a holder 16 supported at a right angle to the shaft 3 to be rotatable and a wing 20 supported in the support part at a right angle to the rotational direction of the holder to be rotatable and extended to cross the wind direction almost at a right angle are equipped. Then, an attack angle regulating mechanism 25 to change the angle of attack of the wing in accordance with the shift of the hub 7 to be shifted down the wind to restrain the increase of the received pressure of the wing caused by the increase of the wind pressure and a folding machanism 33 capable to incline the wing when the wind pressure is greatly increased are provided.</p> |
