PURPOSE:To facilitate an adjustment of the intensity of a bias magnetic field by providing a magnetic material film from near a ferro-magnetic material film in the direction of signal lead-out conductor and by magnetically coupling a permanent magnet on this magnetic material film attachably and detachably. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material flm 6 on a substrate 1 extends from near a ferromagnetic material film 2 in the direction of signal lead-out conductors 3 and 3 parallelly, and a permanent magnet 4 is magnetically coupled attachably and detachably. |
